Welcome and reading of notice convening the Annual General Meeting.
Singing of the National Anthem
Observing a moment of silence in memory of those who have passed away during the past
year.
Adoption of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 4th December
2021.
Presentation and adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the year 2021/2022
Address by the Chairman.
Presentation of the Activity Report by the Chair of the Strategy Implementation committee
for 2021/2022.
Election of the Chairman for the year 2022/2023.
Appointment of Office Bearers and General Committee for the year 2022/2023.
Appointment of Auditors for the Financial Year 2022/2023.
Adoption of any Resolutions submitted.
Address by the Principal
Any other business of which due notice has been given.
